Nottingham has long been known as the Rebel City. A city rich in a history of fighting power and corruption and, of course, Robin Hood.......  

For our journey into roasting great coffee we bring speciality grade coffee beans tied to the stories and music of Rebels you'll know and some you won't.  

We are just getting going, everything we do is a journey in discovery, starting with the basics - Great quality beans, carefully roasted to order.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy that freshly roasted ground coffee experience.  We don't care how you do it, we aren't precious - from bean-to-cup machines and cafe ready setups, to aeropresses, pour-overs, mokka pots, cafetières and everything in-between.  We don't care if you like it cold over ice, or a pure espresso, milky lattes or an evening martini, just keep it fresh.

We love our local communities, so for every kilo of coffee we sell we donate £1 to a local charity.
