Roasted on the Medium Dark side for that classic all round use.  Great for Espresso and Flat White lovers and everything in between.  

The Byron is named after Lord Byron, the famous son of Notts and a rebellious, charismatic hell-raiser.  The man who took a pet Bear to uni, wrote poetry, engaged in political activism and romantic scandals that saw him chased out of the country and who died fighting for Greek independence.

Not saying our coffee will turn you into a Warrior Poet, but speciality grade coffee beans, roasted with character is a fantastic start.
